I just spend the last... seven hours of my life devoted to this in addition to three or so hours last Thursday. I made this as a study, to see if I could draw the characters of RvB without unmasking them. I asked my cartooning teacher to tell me what personality traits he picked up on just from the poses (him having never heard of RvB) and made my friends play "Who's that Pokemon?" with just the lines.
This was totally and in no way made because I spent a week watching RvB online, stealing my friend's boxset to watch the commentary and extras, then watching the series through again on the dvd format, and finally listening to the commentary all over again while filling twenty-one ping pong balls with hot glue.

Donut: ... jees if this was animated and the script was redone alittle, i imediently think Grif will try to hit on him, or even Tucker would ignore Church and flirt with him... seriously from the way you designed the girls Donut might as well be a girl XD
Sarge: im actually not too surprised this was his design... XD hes told to be a old war veteran so him still looking "in shape" isnt that much of a surprise
Grif: again XD not surprised, they even made it somewhat canon in Season 14 when Church was in that Damaged Storage unit that Grif was fat so... yeah not surprised
Simmons:... um... i did think he would actually look slimmer... you know being nerd looking and all... but honestly wasnt expefting him to be that tall... like gees Sim's... nerd looks like a stick XD
Caboose: ... XD seeing it, to me it looks like someone is cosplaying as Caboose... which fits... admittedly wasnt expecting him to be the tallest in Blue Team... but then again im talking about a naive child like soldier whos the strongest Simulation trooper ever
Tucker: lean for speed which actually is kinda nice for a energy sword owner... i actually dig it
Church: Basically a normal Halo Soldier honestly XD like i guess Sarge would be too but still Church just looks basic
Sister: like the way you made it seem like any old Spartin Armor but with a Female twist to it... also wow she looks small
Tex: doesnt seem to look Badass... but then again never judge a girl by her looks... ok seriously WHY IS TEX THE SMALLEST?! COME ON FOR ME SHE ACTUALYL SHOULD BE CHURCH'S SIZE, OR BETTER TUCKER'S SIZE!!!!
Wash: O.O wow... if you did only the Freelancers... would Maine be the biggest and Buffest? cause... Wash be a tall motherf***er
